We offer a range of Homecare Services, available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Home/Live Carers assist in meeting client needs in their own homes and promoting their independency and well being, Maintaining their dignity, respecting their individuality and values whether you are looking for occasional shifts to boost your income, better pay rate, change of career to healthcare or want a residential placement or simply a full time position with the flexibility that homecare work brings there is always something for you.

What you need to work as a Home Live-In Carer 


To work with us you must be eligible to work in the UK 

Mandatory Training

To register with Realcare+ Limited we will be required you have 3-6months experience working within healthcare setting and have your mandatory training done within the last 12months.

CRB Check

When you register to work for Realcare+ Limited you will be required to complete a CRB check. This is compulsory for all applicants.


We ask you to provide two professional references from your last place of work. These references must be from your line manager, supervisor or Team leader who is able to give reference on your skills and competencies.

Starting Work


Once we have completed the interview and induction and complete each candidate personal file check-list to ensure your compliance to work in line with CQC (Care Quality Commission) guidelines, we will get you out to work.

If offered a position, new staff must undergo induction training which includes Health and Safety, Fire safety, an understanding of the core values and principles of the care standards and regulations including - confidentiality, whistle blowing, requirements of legislation, policies and procedures of the organisation and a code of personal conduct.

A new Home/Live-In carer will also have to accompany (shadow) an experienced member of staff before being allowed to work on their own.
